
CMF Manager
Currently, we are looking for a manager for our CMF design team. You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. The role is assigned to a design project from the initial research and concept phase through production and showcars. He/she contributes to the project development and strategy and provide hands on creative output. Over 5-year experience in production car project is preferred.

What you do:
- Support the Department Director in leading the CMF team, ensuring high-quality output across concept and production programs.
- Manage day-to-day design activities, coordinating resources, setting priorities, and supporting project planning to meet program timelines and objectives.
- Guide and mentor designers to elevate creativity, design quality, and professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with the Director to define and uphold a strong, future-forward CMF vision that aligns with brand and product strategy.
- Facilitate design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistency in form language, proportions, and brand identity across all projects.
- Interface cross-functionally with engineering, product planning, program management, and other disciplines to ensure design feasibility and program alignment.
- Represent the CMF function in cross-functional meetings and communicate design intent clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on design trends, technology, and market influences, and help translate them into compelling CMF directions.

What you will bring:
- Solid professional experience in automotive CMF design, with a strong portfolio of both concept and production vehicle programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage design teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
