We are looking for IT CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPUTERS who want to work 40 hours a week.

Tasks
- Resolve technical and administrative queries from our customers through the customer service channels (phone / chat / e-mail).
- Contribute to the detection and resolution of customer incidents about Arsys products.
- Control and monitor the contracted products to verify their optimal operation.
- Advise clients on the contracting of new products that complement those currently contracted.
Qualifications
- Intermediate Level - Computer Science and Communications
- You are motivated by dealing with the customer and bringing your technical knowledge to help others.
- Good communication skills.
- Active and responsible person.
- Work in a technologically advanced and highly qualified environment
