Senior Front End Developer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to deliver web projects, shape technical decisions, and be a front-end expert. As a Front-End Developer at Apadmi, you’ll play a key role in creating innovative, dynamic digital products for a diverse range of projects within our global client portfolio. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions while advancing your skills through our commitment to personal growth and development. You will be a key member of the front-end delivery team, making key technical decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll drive continuous improvement using agile methodologies, mentor junior team members, and act as a technical liaison to ensure client requirements are met.

What you’ll be working on

• Working closely with your technical lead, product owner to define and implement robust, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional scrum team, contributing hands-on to development and promoting shared ownership and accountability.
• Act as a technical liaison for clients, ensuring technical requirements are clearly understood and met while building strong relationships.
• Advocate for agile methodologies, driving continuous improvement in processes, practices, and team workflows.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering growth through knowledge sharing, guidance, and encouraging best practices.
• Design and implement high-quality front-end solutions, producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code independently.
• Contribute to technical and design documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across the development lifecycle.
• Proactively resolve technical challenges, troubleshooting and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Uphold high-quality standards by performing regular code reviews, testing, and thorough documentation to meet project and industry benchmarks.

• Experience in web application development, with a strong foundation in Vue and Nuxt.
• A firm understanding of TypeScript, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, performance, automated testing, and deployment.
• Experience with CMS platforms like Amplience or similar systems.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to sharing insights and raising issues.
• Experience with AI assisted software development, utilising the tooling to build secure, high quality solutions.
