Introduction into the role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll own complex digital projects from discovery through launch and live operation, shaping products that align perfectly with client goals and deliver measurable value. You will provide leadership across multidisciplinary squads - collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, Product specialists, and senior client stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change within a fast-growing company, helping shape our delivery governance while mentoring talent and championing continuous improvement.

What you'll be working on

You will be accountable for balancing client outcomes, commercial performance, and delivery excellence across strategically important digital products. By blending strong delivery governance with modern tools, you will create an environment where cross-functional teams consistently deliver exceptional mobile platforms and digital services used by millions. 

• Lead complex digital product and mobile platform deliveries from initial discovery through launch and live operations.

• Establish comprehensive project plans balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and client business outcomes.

• Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, acting as their primary delivery partner.

• Own project financials, including accurate forecasting, budget management, and monitoring profitability.

• Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring Statements of Work are delivered within commercial parameters.

• Maintain effective delivery governance across risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

• Partner closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and Product teams to create realistic, technically sound plans.

• Champion the adoption of AI and modern delivery tools to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and team efficiency.

• Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement by helping to evolve delivery standards and best practices.

• Coach and mentor less experienced Project Managers across the Delivery practice.

• Significant experience delivering complex digital products (mobile apps/platforms preferred) within an agency or consultancy.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Deep expertise in Agile delivery methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt to hybrid or traditional models.

• Demonstrable commercial acumen in project financial management, forecasting, and scope control.

• Strong risk management background with experience establishing transparent delivery governance.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior and C-suite levels.

• Hands-on experience collaborating effectively with Solution Architects and technical engineering teams.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern digital product management tooling.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

• High level of proactive problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and structural organization.
