What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Technical Project Manager to join our Backend Operations and Backend Development team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring that all backend operations align with our business objectives and client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills.
You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Write comprehensive and accurate documentation
- Monitor progress, provide status updates, and report any upcoming and foreseeable issue
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to write detailed project plans and reports
- High level of flexibility, outstanding self-management skills and the ability to quickly navigate in situations with limited information
- Good understanding of technical terminology and experience working with technical teams
- Reliable, independent, and accurate at work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Technical background or experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong skills in mediating conflicts and negotiating resolutions
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence and other similar tools
