About the role
The Senior RevOps Specialist (Automation) is the technical builder and strategic business partner who makes Sales and Customer Success teams perform better. You own the systems, automations, data infrastructure, and operational intelligence that drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
This is not a project management role. You build. You ship. You diagnose. You fix.
Your missions
Sales & CS Process Optimization
- Improve Sales and Customer Success processes to increase conversion rates, reduce cycle times, and improve retention. Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, ship them.
- Own CRM architecture and governance: lifecycle stages, pipeline design, object structure, property management, permissions, and system scalability.
- Optimize post-sale workflows: onboarding handoffs, renewal tracking, churn risk alerts, re-engagement triggers. Retention at scale is a process problem, not a people problem.
- Ensure playbooks are documented, adopted, and continuously iterated. At high volume, process discipline is the difference between reliable data and noise.
- Go beyond execution: you understand causality. Does data quality impact close rates? Do certain processes correlate with faster cycles? Which customer segments churn earliest? Use these insights to drive process changes.
- Own data hygiene standards across the GTM funnel: duplication control, lifecycle accuracy, field validation rules, and reporting integrity
Automation & Systems Engineering
- Design and implement automations that eliminate repetitive work across Sales and CS.
- Build multi-step workflows connecting HubSpot, internal tools, and third-party platforms.
- Own the GTM tech stack (HubSpot + enrichment, sequencing, analytics tools): define data governance, manage integrations, ensure seamless data flow.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools into the GTM stack. Build connectors, API integrations, and data pipelines that keep systems in sync without manual intervention.
- Monitor automation performance, debug failures, and iterate for reliability. You own uptime for revenue-critical workflows.
- Partner with Finance on planning models, with the Data team on data consistency, and with Enablement on process adoption.
Lead Scoring & Outbound Performance
- Partner with the Data team to iterate on lead scoring models that keep outbound performing. Ensuring SDRs focus on the highest-probability prospects.
- Analyze conversion data to identify the highest-performing segments (property type, room count, geography) and deliver actionable targeting recommendations.
- Own automated lead routing logic across segments, geographies, and teams.
- Continuously audit routing logic, scoring accuracy, and data quality.
About you
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Engineering in B2B SaaS. SMB or high-velocity sales experience strongly preferred.
- HubSpot expert: deep, hands-on experience architecting workflows, custom objects, automations, and API integrations.
- SQL proficiency. Python or scripting capability and hands-on experience building AI-powered automations and workflows.
- API literacy: you understand how systems connect, can read API docs, and design integration flows.
- Strong understanding of subscription revenue metrics: MRR, Sales Velocity, CAC, LTV, NRR, payback period.
- Experience operating across multiple geographies or segments with different maturity levels.
- Fluency in English + any language between French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Strong Plus:
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
- Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and AI-powered sales tools.
- Prior experience in hospitality tech, marketplace businesses, or high-volume SMB SaaS.
- Experience supporting Customer Success operations alongside Sales operations.
