About the role
Amenitiz is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager of Customer Success to lead our team of Account Managers. You will play a key role in shaping the post-sales experience, ensuring customer success, and maximizing long-term value. You will define what Account Management means at Amenitiz, create scalable processes, and lead a growing team across multiple European markets.
Your missions
- Define and establish the Account Management function, including strategy, goals, and best practices.
- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team to drive customer retention and revenue expansion.
- Design and implement processes & tools to optimize customer lifecycle management and ensure long-term success.
- Monitor key performance metrics, with a strong focus on achieving 110%+ Net Revenue Retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Development, Account Executives, and Marketing to enhance customer experience and growth.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, including at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or management capacity
- Proven experience in building and leading an Account Management team from scratch in a fast-growing environment.
- Operational expertise, with a strong ability to create and refine scalable processes to improve customer success.
- Deep knowledge of Account Management best practices across multiple European markets.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, working effectively across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
