About the role: 

As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support Amenitiz’s growth. You’ll build models, develop reporting tools, and provide insights that guide decision-making across the company.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, sharpen technical skills, and grow into a true strategic finance partner.

Your missions
  • Build, improve, and automate financial models to support planning, forecasting, and business decisions.
  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring timely delivery of accurate results and insights.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business drivers and translate them into financial impact.
  • Support fundraising processes, preparing analyses and data required by investors.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools (Looker, Google Sheets) to make data accessible and actionable.
  • Assist in the creation of internal and external financial presentations for leadership and investors.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and bring new ideas to enhance scalability and accuracy.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a finance-related role, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in financial modeling and business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker or other BI tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect numbers to strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and C-Level executives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, concise way.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious, with the drive to improve processes and create impact.
  • Proficient in English.
