About the Role
We are scaling fast, looking for new great additions to our teams, building new processes, launching new markets, and more. Making sure that employees are happy at Amenitiz is key to its growth and this is why we are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our People Team for this Workplace Internship.

Your Missions
  • Office management: Support the Workplace Specialist in maintaining the well-being of the teams by maintaining stocked supplies, organizing office areas, and ensuring the proper functioning of technical devices.
  • Internal events coordination: Help the Workplace Specialist with team-building activities, seminars, and office parties to foster team cohesion and morale.
  • Onboarding: Help the Workplace Specialist to assist new joiners, welcoming them, providing access to platforms, and preparing welcome materials.
  • Operational Support: Learn and support the operational aspects of employee onboarding processes.
  • Core Value Ambassadorship: Be an ambassador for the company’s Passionate Service core value, supporting team members to enhance their journey with the organization.
  • People Operations: Support the People Operations team with diverse initiatives related to onboarding, data collection, and event planning around DEI initiatives.
About You
  • Strong organizational skills: You efficiently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain workplace order.
  • People passion: you’re enthusiastic about fostering positive relationships and supporting colleagues’ well-being, contributing to an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Basic tech-savviness: you’re comfortable with technology and digital tools for office management and process optimization.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational trust.
  • Great communication skills: you are fluent in English for effective internal communication; basic Spanish is beneficial.
  • Adaptability and fast learning: you are flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes or technologies.

Requirements
Internship agreement provided by your University
Documentation allowing you to work in Spain full time (40h/week)
