About the role

As an Account Manager for the Italian Market at Amenitiz, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to help hoteliers thrive. Your focus? Making sure each client gets maximum value from their subscription, while strategically increasing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across your portfolio. Your north star will be to achieve and maintain a positive revenue retention rate across customer cohorts, directly contributing to our company’s long-term growth.

 
Your mission
  • Drive Revenue Growth by strategically boosting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across customer cohorts, maximizing value for Amenitiz and our clients.
  • Increase the customer retention level of your portfolio by proactively contacting clients and nurturing a high-trust relationship with them.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell prospects to strengthen customer retention and enhance lifetime value, building long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively increase product usage and engagement, ensuring clients benefit fully from our solutions and unlocking additional volume-based revenue.
  • Host engaging, value-driven video demos of new features and expansion products that excite clients and inspire the adoption of additional offerings.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align with our client goals, understand evolving needs, and tailor upsell opportunities accordingly.
  • Track key metrics on upsell outcomes, pipeline health, and portfolio progress, using insights to refine sales strategies and share wins transparently.
  • Represent Amenitiz with enthusiasm, reinforcing our brand value and fostering loyalty at every interaction.
About you
  • You’re a native-level Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Your experience in client-facing roles has shaped you into a natural problem-solver.
  • You're passionate about going above and beyond to help clients succeed.
  • You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while staying laser-focused on long-term goals.
  • You’re energized by taking ownership of your portfolio, constantly looking for ways to exceed targets and contribute to Amenitiz’s success story.
