About the role
As an Outbound Growth Manager Intern at Amenitiz, you will play a pivotal role in our lead generation efforts for your designated country. Collaborating closely with our Revenue Operations and Sales Teams, you will provide them with market-specific insights and high-quality leads that will significantly enhance our business revenue.
Your mission
- You will be the driving force behind our Sales Team's success by generating leads with the potential to convert into substantial revenue within your assigned country.
- You will become adept in advanced data scraping techniques, ensuring the leads you generate are of the highest caliber.
- You will enrich these leads with relevant information, qualify them, pass them on to the Sales Teams, and analyze their performance.
- You will master our CRM system and provide support to all customer-facing departments regarding any system-related issues.
- You will thoroughly examine our sales funnel, identify pain points, and propose effective optimization strategies.
- You will explore AI tools to develop automations that facilitate our growth.

- Able to provide an internship agreement from your University
- Documentation permitting you to work in Spain full-time (40 hours per week)
