About the role


As a CRM & Marketing Operations Intern, you will support the Marketing Operations team in optimizing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and launching impactful campaigns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in CRM management and marketing workflows in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your mission

  • Streamline CRM: Organize and clean properties, lists, reports, and workflows for better efficiency.
  • Daily Operations Support: Handle and resolve incoming requests via the ticketing system.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist Marketing-Ops in launching and optimizing nurturing campaigns.
  • Process Documentation: Create clear and scalable documentation for current workflows.
  • Automation Migration: Centralize and migrate legacy processes from third-party tools into our systems.
