JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled React and React Native Developer who is passionate about creating modern web and mobile applications. You should have a deep understanding of both platforms, enabling you to design, develop, and deliver user-friendly apps. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design architectural solutions, and build applications that delight users across web, iOS, Android, and other form factors. Your work will drive the next generation of innovative applications, and you will inspire others to grow and thrive in a tech-savvy environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to define application requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Produce high quality testable and efficient code based on requirements.
• Develop quality assurance procedures (unit tests, integration tests, etc.)
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation that accurately reflects the design and implementation of software solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Act as a role model for other developers

General Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the field of software development as a React Developer and 1+ as a react native
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise software development best practices, including scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of agile/scrum development processes
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Advanced written and communication English (minimum B2)
• Participate in one of the company activities (tech lead/content creator/guild/mentoring/interview, internship)
