AI Data Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an AI Data Solutions Engineer to join our client, one of the largest financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL
• Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, and production systems
• Practical exposure to GenAI / LLM use cases (not only theoretical)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support presales and client discovery by scoping use cases and assessing technical feasibility
• Prepare technical demos, sample datasets, and solution concepts
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data quality measurement processes
• Work on dataset preparation and augmentation, including synthetic data if needed
• Deliver production-ready outputs with clear documentation
• Support client implementations and unblock delivery teams
• Continuously improve technical processes and delivery standards
