ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead Generation & Customer Campaigns:
Define, launch, and measure end-to-end demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth across net new lead generation and existing customer marketing. This includes concept development, collaboration with the Creative & Content team (C&C) on creatives, partnering with Revenue Operations (RevOps) for segmentation and budget allocation, and tracking and optimizing performance. - Campaign Execution & Multi-Channel Strategy:
Manage and optimize campaigns across paid media, organic channels, email marketing, webinars, and events. Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, content and event teams for seamless execution and performance tracking. - Marketing Automation & Nurture Programs:
Design, implement, and monitor multi-channel nurturing campaigns that guide prospects and existing customers through the customer journey, increasing conversion and retention rates. - Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Identify areas for improvement and apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. - Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and customer behaviors to refine messaging, product offerings, and engagement strategies effectively.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to produce relevant and engaging materials, including case studies, testimonials, and product guides, supporting nurturing, retention, branding, and lead generation efforts.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps to align campaign efforts with business goals. Ensure strong coordination to support lead handover, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- At least 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in demand generation, campaign management, or growth-specific roles.
- Solid understanding of TMS or B2B SaaS marketing, with an understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying processes.
- Mandatory fluency in English
- Mandatory C2 level of German OR French
- A data-driven mindset, able to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance effectively.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Good project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, always looking for new ways to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.
