We’re hiring a Senior Manager to lead a small team of marketers, own and drive our digital presence, manage our paid media spend, optimise our organic efforts, evolve our AI capabilities, manage the agency, and assess the need and timeline for developing our in-house digital team.
This is a high-impact, cross-market role for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational precision.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Strategy & Planning
- Define and own the digital strategy, tailoring approaches by market maturity, brand positioning, and competitive dynamics.
- Own SEO and support our growth & content teams in ensuring our assets serve our organic and AI performance well
- Manage supporting agencies, challenge delivery, ensure alignment and control spend.
- Assess channel expansion opportunities per market, ensuring growth initiatives are well-timed and aligned with market potential and readiness.
- Own paid media budget allocation across markets, channels, and funnel stages, optimizing spend based on performance and priorities.
Agency Management & Team Collaboration
- Define the strategic direction and set clear expectations for agency resources
- Develop, request, and rigorously follow up on a detailed agency roadmap outlining planned campaigns, tests, optimizations, and deliverables.
- Actively challenge the agency to bring innovative ideas, new tests, and optimization opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
- Hold the agency accountable to predefined KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA/CPL, conversion metrics) through regular performance reviews and reporting.
- Provide strategic, data-informed guidance to three internal campaign managers,
responsible for translating business priorities into major campaigns.
- Occasionally support campaign setup or optimization in partnership with the agency to ensure best practices.
Data, Reporting & Performance Management
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations team, which manages data infrastructure, reporting, and integrations, to define key KPIs and co-develop marketing performance dashboards.
- Analyze available marketing data directly from platforms during ongoing build-out of tracking and attribution systems
- Propose pragmatic interim solutions when tracking or reporting is incomplete, and support Campaign Managers in interpreting campaign performance and impact.
Continuous Improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimization across paid and SEO channels using data-driven insights.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation thoughtfully to enhance campaign performance without compromising strategic control.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

- Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for results.
- Confidence working in fragmented setups where reporting may be incomplete, and tracking may need refining.
- Clear decision-making skills based on data — but able to act even when full data is not yet available.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-team communication: clear in reporting, prioritization, and campaign feedback.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, marketplace, SaaS, or agency background
- Experience building or managing internal teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in campaign optimization, SEO automation, or creative testing.
