As the Head of Revenue Marketing, your role will be pivotal in leading the revenue marketing strategy to drive business growth, align marketing efforts with sales objectives, and maximize ROI across all marketing channels.

About the mission

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Reporting to the VP Sales, you will be in charge of:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing revenue marketing team by setting a comprehensive marketing strategy, provide leadership and direction as well as overseeing their day-to-day activities and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Oversee, develop and execute revenue-focused operational marketing strategies from brand awareness, lead generation to retention & growth across all channels (paid, organic, events, etc.)
  • Engage Prospects and Customers by utilising community-driven approaches to effectively engage with prospects and existing customers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, AM and Product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. </aside>

Your experience

  • You have at least 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in revenue or growth marketing role.
  • You have a proven experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team
  • You have a proven track record of contributing to revenue growth through integrated marketing initiatives
  • You have worked in an international and multicultural context, and you are fluent in both French and English
