Our sales team is dedicated to driving sales with both existing and new customers in the offline retail channel. You will be part of a collaborative team and driven colleagues committed to  expanding our presence in the offline retail channel. As a Key Account Manager BENELUX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing relationships with our major retail partners, while also supporting the acquisition of new accounts in line with our strategic ambitions. We are seeking someone with a growth mindset, who is resilient, thrives in an international environment, and enjoys collaborating with ambitious, driven colleagues.

In this role, we follow a hybrid working model: time in the office each week to collaborate and connect with the team, balanced with remote days that support focused, independent work.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Account Ownership: Take full ownership of the performance of our BENELUX accounts, ensuring that financial targets for sales, revenue, and margin are achieved.
  • Customer Strategy: Develop and implement tailored & holistic joint-business plans - fully aligned with company objectives.
  • Account Management: Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with major BENELUX retailers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and sustainable growth.
  • New business development: Gain and successfully onboard new strategic retail partners in line with our international growth strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Trade Marketing) to deliver seamless execution.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Provide actionable insights on BENELUX consumer and retail trends to help shape commercial strategies and inform future planning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiencies and improvements across processes and ensure excellence in forecasting, promo reviews and performance reporting.
  • Teamwork: Work alongside a high-performing team, sharing best practices, and striving for collective success.

This is you 

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management of major retail accounts within the FMCG/CPG sector in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and/or France -  experience in the beverage or household category is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of the BENELUX (and/or French) offline retail landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-oriented, commercial mindset.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial approach, capable of driving initiatives across functions.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficient in using data to inform decisions and deliver compelling insights.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in French (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel regularly.
