Du bist eine der wichtigsten Säulen im Finance Department, um aus air up eine globale Erfolgsgeschichte zu machen. Dabei bietest Du tagesaktuelle Einblicke in alle relevanten Zahlen, um informierte Entscheidungen treffen zu können. 

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

• Gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortest Du die gesamte Buchhaltung unserer drei Gesellschaften – mit Schwerpunkt auf das Hauptbuch sowie Nebenbücher und den Jahresabschluss nach HGB.
• Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für das Thema Warenbestand und unterstützt auch in weiteren Bereichen des Vorrats- sowie des Anlagevermögens.
• Mit Deinem ausgeprägten Stakeholder-Management baust Du die Brücke zwischen Fachbereichen wie Logistik, dem ERP-Team und der Finanzabteilung.
• Du treibst die Optimierung verschiedener Accounting-Prozesse aktiv voran und bringst eigene Ideen ein, z. B. Optimierung der WAC - Berechnung (weighted average costs)
• Du unterstützt in weiteren Bereichen der Buchhaltung, z.B. Abstimmungsarbeiten des WeRe-Kontos oder der Umsatzkonten

Du hast

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
• Du bringst 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit – im Idealfall aus einer der großen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften oder aus einem produzierenden Unternehmen.
• Eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter ist ein Plus.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung neuer Accounting-Prozesse in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen.
• Fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen mit IFRS zeichnen Dich aus.
• Du beherrschst MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und/oder die Google Suite souverän.
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Buchhaltungssoftware (vorzugsweise Microsoft Business Central) bringst Du bereits mit.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
