Air up im Einzelhandel zu stärken, ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer Mission.

Als Werkstudent*in in unserem Retail-Team spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, die komplexen Prozesse unseres Retailgeschäfts reibungslos zu steuern – von der Datenverwaltung über die Bearbeitung von Anfragen bis hin zur Unterstützung unserer laufenden Kunden-Projekte.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Datenmanagement von Verkaufsdaten: Pflege von Verkaufsdaten in relevanten Systemen, einschließlich Sell-out-Daten, Sell-in-Daten und Performance-Tracking.

  • Sales- & Kundensupport: Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen als erste Anlaufstelle des Retail-Teams.

  • Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe:Überprüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen auf Richtigkeit, einschließlich Produktinformationen, Preisgestaltung und anderer relevanter Daten.

  • Ad-hoc-Projekte: Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Projekten, z. B. Datenanalysen, Marktforschung und Projektkoordination.

Außerdem bist du ein echtes Organisationstalent, das gerne mehrere Tasks gleichzeitig jongliert und trotzdem pünktlich liefert?

  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten: Du kannst Daten analysieren, Trends erkennen und effektive Lösungen entwickeln.

  • Eigenständigkeit & Proaktivität: Du arbeitest selbstständig, priorisierst Aufgaben effektiv und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

  • Hohe Detailgenauigkeit: Du bist präzise und sorgfältig bei der Dateneingabe, -analyse und -berichterstattung.

  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du kannst dich mündlich und schriftlich klar und effektiv mit Kolleg*innen und Vorgesetzten austauschen.

  • Excel/Google Sheets-Expertise: Du bist fit in Excel, einschließlich der Arbeit mit Pivot-Tabellen, Datenhandling und Visualisierungen.

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
