Join us at our newly opened flagship store in Germany, a major milestone in air up’s journey! 

As a working student, you’ll take care of everything on the shopfloor, from opening to closing the store. You'll manage stock, make sure customers are happy, and keep the store looking great and organized at all times.
This role is designed to fit seamlessly into your life—whether you’re balancing university studies or other commitments.

Your responsibilities

  • Take charge of opening (10.30 am)  and closing the store (19.00), ensuring everything is prepped, tidy, and the shopfloor is always looking sharp for the next day.
  • Be the face of air up®, engaging with customers, explaining Scentaste® technology, and recommending flavors to elevate their experience.
  • You ensure customers feel welcome, cared for, and leave happy.
  • Manage product trials at the trial station and maintaining hygiene. 
  • Process orders via Shopify, restock shelves, and keep the store fully stocked and organized.

  • Previous experience in retail and hospitality (optional): While it's a plus, your ability to connect with your customers and create memorable experiences is what truly matters.
