We are looking for a valuable addition to our Finance Projects/Corporate Finance Team. Our team will be strengthened by someone who has strong financial and commercial acumen and who can collaborate in enhancing our finance processes by effectively utilizing our tools and resources. This person will play a key role in driving collaboration and integration among internal and external finance team members and non-finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organization.
Your responsibilities
- You conduct economic analysis and monitor key performance metrics to support financial decision-making.
- You ensure the effectiveness of our Internal Control Systems (ICS) and maintain compliance across finance operations.
- You will collaborate closely with the accounting and controlling departments to identify process improvements and assist in implementing effective solutions.
- You support the development of financial frameworks and documentation of finance processes, policies and practices.
- You communicate effectively with your audience, actively collaborating with team members and taking initiative to contribute to projects as needed.
This is you
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or you have completed commercial training in a relevant area.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, in areas like controlling, business analysis, finance, or a similar field, with a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
- You are diligent and persistent, eager to learn, and have an understanding of overall business activities.
- You possess good analytical skills, a strong commitment to your work, and the ability to handle pressure while collaborating effectively with others.
- You have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, showing flexibility and initiative in a team environment.
- You are fluent in English & German
