Position Summary #LI-AG1
Business Analyst will support the worldwide Revenue organization with periodical and ad hoc revenue and funnel analysis as well as ensuring increasing adoption of reporting tools and improvements of business processes. This role will be a part of the Global Sales department. The Business Analyst will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Excellence, Finance, HR to align on the processes and procedures and assist with timely and targeted reporting. We are looking for a highly motivated and pro-active individual who excels at analyzing data to extract meaningful insights, possesses a keen attention to detail, and thrives in a rapidly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Revenue Analytics:
• Provide support for revenue forecasting processes, drive timely and accurate forecast submissions by teams and communicate revenue forecast to the senior management.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity of the systems, data verifications and corrections aimed to improve data hygiene.
• Maintain regular reports on business performance, KPIs, and other metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior management and other stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity of the systems, data verifications and corrections aimed to improve data hygiene. - Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, people, operations, to understand business needs and objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to various stakeholders to ensure effective use of data analytics tools and resources.
• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, covering the use of data analytics and sales tools. - Process Improvement:
• Support team in establishing new processes that drive operational excellence and optimizing existing ones.
• Support process optimization projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of process optimization projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Interest in long-term development in data analysis and business intelligence
As a plus:
- Experience in data analysis of sales and marketing funnels, recurring revenue trends, B2B sales cycle
- Experience of working with Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools
- Familiarity with project management principles
