We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Reporting and Analytics products. This role requires deep expertise in data technologies, business intelligence (BI), and analytics, coupled with a strong ability to engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into impactful product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for our reporting and analytics products, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and business objectives.
Engage closely with customers to define and deeply understand their reporting, analytics, and data visualization needs.
Collaborate with engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver measurable outcomes.
Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, ensuring effective prioritization of features.
Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive innovation and product enhancements.
Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting solutions, effectively communicating the value and vision internally and externally.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with specific experience in reporting, analytics, or BI-focused products.
Strong technical understanding of data technologies, including SQL, databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools.
Proven ability to engage with customers to define requirements, identify desired outcomes, and deliver data-driven products that provide clear value.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with popular BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
Familiarity with Clickhouse and other columnar databases
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices.
Experience with IDP technologies and document automation a strong plus
Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $117,000 and $136,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
