We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Team. This role involves defining, managing, and executing platform initiatives that empower internal and external stakeholders, drive efficiency, and enable innovation across our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, proven experience with platform-related products, and familiarity with modern engineering methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform product initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Prioritize features, improvements, and technical initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, product planning, and user acceptance.
• Act as the primary advocate for platform users, consistently seeking feedback and leveraging insights to enhance the platform’s value.
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and progress.
• Monitor product performance and adoption, using data-driven approaches to inform ongoing strategy and iterations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, including significant experience working with platform teams or technical products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing platform initiatives that drive significant business impact.
• Strong technical aptitude with an ability to understand complex engineering challenges and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with product analytics, metrics, and experimentation frameworks.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, or similar technology platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, infrastructure-as-code, or related technologies.

Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $117,000 and $136,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
