We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Developer who combines commercial drive with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who understands markets, identifies opportunities, builds strong partnerships, and turns insights into sustainable growth.

What You'll Build

Build the business: Identify new commercial opportunities, open doors, and help establish Zovea Pet Care in existing and emerging markets.

Create lasting partnerships: Build and develop strategic relationships with customers and partners, establishing long-term collaborations that drive mutual growth and strengthen Zovea Pet Care's position in the market.

Trade with an entrepreneurial mindset: Stay on top of market developments, pricing, supply and demand, and identify commercial opportunities before others do. Turn market intelligence into profitable deals.

Own the commercial cycle: Take responsibility from identifying opportunities and developing relationships through negotiation, execution, and long-term partnership management.

Connect people and opportunities: Use your network, commercial instinct, and negotiation skills to bring the right opportunities together and create value.

Shape our commercial strategy: Use your experience and market knowledge to influence our direction, improve processes, and help build scalable ways of working.

Help build future talent: Support the growth of our commercial organization by sharing knowledge, coaching colleagues, and helping develop the next generation of commercial talent.

Represent Zovea Pet Care internationally: Visit customers, partners, and trade shows to strengthen relationships, expand your network, and discover new opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of international B2B sales, trading, business development, or commercial experience within FMCG or OOH.

• A proven commercial builder who enjoys creating new business and developing strategic partnerships.

• Strong understanding of markets, pricing, supply chains, and commercial opportunities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable creating opportunities.

• A natural connector who builds relationships easily across cultures and industries.

• Strong negotiation skills and excellent commercial instincts.

• Experience taking ownership of commercial opportunities from idea to execution.

• Enjoys international travel and building relationships face-to-face. Comfortable travelling 30-40% of your time to visit prospects and attend fairs across Benelux, Scandinavia, and the UK.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
