At Zovea, we're building smarter supply chains for stronger animal care. We're growing fast, and we need people who can hit the ground running. Every relationship you build and every deal you close directly impacts animals getting what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships that last: Connect with partners across Europe, from Amsterdam to Barcelona, Dublin to Bucharest. Your conversations create the foundation for long-term collaboration.
  • Drive new business: Reach out to prospects, qualify opportunities, and close deals. You already know that not every call leads somewhere, and you know how to learn from the ones that don't.
  • Own your results: Track your pipeline, analyze what works, and refine your approach. You'll have the data and autonomy to grow your territory strategically from day one.
  • Represent Zovea: Whether it's a coffee meeting at a conference or a follow-up call, you bring our mission to life, clear, collaborative, and focused on creating value.

You're Our Match If You:

  • Have already chosen commercial: At least six months to a year in a sales or BD role. You don't need convincing that this is the right field.
  • Think on your feet: You can handle a scenario you didn't prep for and still find the smart move, because a large part of this job is quick thinking, not rehearsed pitches.
  • Stay resilient: A "no" doesn't slow you down, you've already learned that from calls that didn't go your way, and each one sharpens your approach for the next conversation.
  • Bring energy: you want to grow as fast as possible, and you start each week ready to learn, improve, and make things happen.
  • Connect naturally: People feel comfortable with you. You listen well and communicate clearly.
  • Learn continuously: You take feedback seriously, apply it immediately, and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Besides English speak another European language: Scandinavian languages, German, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, or Russian are a strong plus.

What You Get:

  • A fast track, not a training ground: this is a 7-month fixed-term contract as a Business Developer Associate. Hit your targets, and we'll offer you a new contract as a Business Developer, with a salary increase and expanded scope.
