Regional Director of Sales – Multi-Site Retail | Up to ~$160,000 OTE
About the Opportunity
Our client is one of the largest licensees of a globally recognised, market-leading retail brand in the United States. Recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in 2025 by a leading industry publication, they are looking for a results-driven Regional Director of Sales to join their expanding leadership team.
This is a high-impact role responsible for leading, developing, and performance managing sales leaders across a region of 4–6 stores, driving exceptional guest experiences, and delivering against sales budgets.

The Role
You will work closely with senior sales leadership to develop annual goals and market strategies, taking full P&L ownership for your region. Your focus will be on seven core sales leadership processes:
- Staffing management and monitoring
- New team member onboarding
- Team engagement, development, and performance management
- Executing a proven sales process
- Prospecting and follow-up management
- Quality and compliance
- Maintaining Position to Impact on the sales floor
You'll coach and develop Sales Managers, Assistant Selling Managers, Managers in Training, and Coaches — building fully staffed, high-performing teams grounded in strong belief systems and process discipline.
Key Performance Indicators
You will be accountable for driving performance across metrics including: Sales Budget attainment, Close Rate, Sales per Guest, Average Sale, Net Margin, Financing Application %, Net Promoter Score, and others.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of retail sales and sales management experience in a multi-site, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated career progression into district or regional management
- Background in retail or hospitality preferred
- Strong business acumen across finance, operations, marketing, and merchandising
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams at scale
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
Schedule
Minimum 45 hours per week including weekends; up to 75% travel required across the region.
