Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for helping individuals and businesses find insurance solutions that best meet their needs. You’ll engage with potential clients, explain policy options, and provide excellent service to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
• Educate clients on different insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer inquiries.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and company products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy sales.

Requirements:

• Sales experience - Minimum 1 year
• Ability to build rapport with clients and confidently discuss policy options.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
