Senior Full Stack Developer (EMEA)

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are now looking for a Full Stack Developer to join us on a permanent basis and make an instant impact.

The Role:

We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our brand-new Internal Tooling / Business Enablement team. This team’s mission is to supercharge the productivity of our internal stakeholders - from Customer Support and Sales to Marketing and Finance - by building the tools, automations, and workflows they need to thrive.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a cross-functional team focused on internal performance, fast iteration, and high business impact. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, connecting disparate systems, and building tools that might not exist in any playbook.

We’re a remote-first company with a fast-paced, high-impact culture. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO, Aurken, and our Director of Engineering. And as a business with two technical founders who have strong engineering backgrounds - you must be comfortable engaging in technical discussions while balancing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Internal Tooling Development

Build full-stack internal applications tailored to the needs of Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, etc.
Design and maintain internal dashboards, CRMs, workflow automations, and admin panels.
Create Slack/Discord/Email bots and integrations to deliver insights and alerts in real-time.
Identify recurring pain points across internal teams and deliver automated or no-code/low-code solutions.
Maintain developer-friendly interfaces (internal APIs, webhooks, etc.) to support operations.

⚙️ Automation & Integration

Build and maintain integrations between systems (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, Stripe, Amplitude, BigQuery, Tinybird, etc).
Use tools like Zapier, Make, Retool, or custom code to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
Help design internal permissioning, audit, and error-reporting systems for critical flows.

🤝 Stakeholder Enablement

Work closely with internal stakeholders to map their workflows, pain points, and tool requirements.
Prioritize impact: build MVPs quickly, test them, iterate.
Provide training and documentation so teams can self-serve when possible.

🧱 Engineering Best Practices

Ship clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
Ensure reliability and observability of internal tools (logging, metrics, alerts).
Apply security best practices, especially in internal apps handling sensitive business data.

The Person:

We're looking for a pragmatic, curious, product-minded engineer who gets a kick out of making other people’s jobs easier — and doing it fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re deeply curious about how other teams work, enjoy solving operational bottlenecks, and can ship scrappy solutions that evolve with the business.

Key Skills and Experience:

Have 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment.
Have experience with modern frontend and backend development using React (or similar frameworks).
Have built a portfolio of internal tools, automations, and UIs that actually got used tailored to the needs of Marketing, Sales and Customer Support.
Are fluent in REST APIs, webhooks, background jobs, and third-party integrations.
Understand when to ship fast vs. when to build for scale - and can defend that choice.
Can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and love turning vague ideas into working tools.
You have world-class product sense and can prioritize engineering efforts based on business impact.
Thrive in remote-first, async-first environments where you have autonomy and ownership.
Have demonstrated ability to venture beyond traditional development through side projects, custom tools, or learning new business domains (finance, sales, BI) to build better solutions.

Bonus Points If You

Have experience in data workflows or business intelligence tools.
Have worked in an Internal Tools / Platform / Developer Productivity / BizOps role before.
Can demo a portfolio of internal tools, automations, or dashboard projects.
Have created your own tools or automation systems and can demonstrate how your curiosity extends beyond traditional software development.
Have built tools that talk to CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics (BigQuery, Amplitude), ticketing (Intercom, Zendesk), or billing (Stripe, Chargebee).
Know your way around Zapier, Make.com, Retool, or similar no-code platforms.

You understand the Pareto principle (80/20 rule) and prioritize high-impact work over perfection.
You are used to working with multidisciplinary teams and balancing engineering, business, and product needs.

You thrive in open, honest communication and ensure visibility across teams.
You can handle strong opinions from technical founders and have the guts to say no when needed, while gathering input from multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
