  • Build reusable frameworks, tools, and components for faster content production.

About You

  • 4+ years of professional Unity/C# experience; at least one shipped XR or demanding 3D product.
  • Deep understanding of OpenXR or Meta/Pico SDKs, interaction design, and XR-specific performance optimization.
  • Experience with multiplayer networking (e.g., Netcode, Photon, Mirror) a plus; solid understanding expected.
  • Clean, testable code and experience with Git-based team workflows and CI.
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented way of working in a fast startup environment.
  • Good English; German a plus.

  • Shader programming, 3D optimization (LOD, occlusion), Addressables.
  • Interest in or experience with the defence/security sector.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful mission: your work improves the operational readiness of those who protect us.
