Account Manager

Paris, France

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to be based from our Paris office.  You will be the cornerstone of our client success strategy. You will play a critical role in helping our clients harness the power of data to make strategic decisions. You’ll cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they get maximum value from our research solutions while contributing to long-term business success and champion an outstanding customer experience from the inside out. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to assigned customer accounts. 
  • Driving revenue growth while maximizing profit / contribution on key accounts 
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key business executives and decision-makers. 
  • Understand client needs and objectives to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Product Development, etc.) to enhance the overall client experience. 
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with company profitability goals. 
  • Proactively forecast and track key account performance metrics (e.g., quarterly sales, annual forecasts). 
  • Address challenging client situations or escalations with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Bilingual communication: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Organized and proactive: Adept at managing multiple accounts with a strategic and hands-on approach. 
  • Resilient and solution-oriented: Able to navigate complex client challenges with confidence and tact.
