Associate Project Manager

SRG is looking for an Associate Research Manager (ARM) to support the setup and management of survey research projects. The ARM ensures each step of the research process runs smoothly—from reviewing surveys and coordinating edits to checking data accuracy before delivery. The role bridges survey methodology and project coordination, working closely with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing: 

• Reviewing and prepping client surveys for programming
• Coordinating edits with programmers
• Verifying accuracy of scripted surveys and final deliverables
• Cleaning and checking data for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting project documentation
• Monitoring quality control throughout the project lifecycle

What you need to get an interview: 

• Training in survey research
• Strong attention to detail
• Project coordination or project management experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with survey research terminology
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience using R or SPSS

• Prior experience in survey quality control or data cleaning
• Experience communicating with survey programmers
• A background in social sciences, statistics, or market research
