As a Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Reporting at YouGov, you'll lead the development of powerful analytics tools within our flagship data platform, Crunch. You’ll work across functions—engineering, design, research, and commercial teams, to build innovative, accessible, and engaging dashboarding and data analysis experiences. 📌 Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Own the product roadmap for analytics and reporting capabilities within Crunch
- Lead discovery work: gather user feedback, analyze data usage patterns, and spot market trends
- Translate challenges and opportunities into product goals, specs, and success metrics
- Guide features through the full lifecycle—from ideation to release to iteration
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research, commercial)
- Create and refine meaningful user experiences, especially for data analysis and dashboarding
- Communicate clearly across audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders
- Use data to evaluate performance and inform ongoing product decisions
- Adapt to changing priorities with creativity and resilience
- Stay informed on new technologies, particularly in data visualization and analytics
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for a SaaS product, especially in enterprise settings
- Deep experience building analytics or data-centric products
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset—you can interpret complex data and turn it into product opportunities
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and thrive in ambiguity
- Empathy and curiosity—you know when to listen, when to push, and when to pivot
It would be great if you had these too:
- Familiarity with survey design, data visualization, or analytics platforms
- Experience working with APIs and data integration tools
- Exposure to machine learning or generative AI technologies
- Background in customer insights, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
For roles based in California, New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000.00 - $162,000.00
Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
