Digital Panel Specialist (Full Time or Part Time +20 hrs p/w)

YouGov Shopper monitors the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail market in the Netherlands by tracking the purchase behavior of 10,000 families. These households continuously register their grocery purchases via our YouGov Shopper app. The data collected from these daily purchases allows us to analyze market trends and report our findings to clients, including manufacturers and retailers.
As a Digital Panel Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data and analytics, and recommending or implementing actions based on your findings. You will also support other tasks such as project management and communication with the panel.
You Will:
- Set up and manage marketing campaigns on various digital platforms such as Google, Meta, X, etc., to recruit new panel members for our Shopper Panel.
- Monitor analytics from our panel website and take necessary actions or make recommendations regarding panel recruitment and engagement based on your findings.
- Support the development and execution of digital communication to the panel based on your data and/or data received directly from the panel.
- Assist in managing and executing various small and large projects related to panel management (assisting the helpdesk, preparing samples, surveys, rewards, etc.).
You Have:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- Flexible, proactive, and structured organizational talent.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, Social Media Marketing campaigns, etc. A background in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of Dutch. Additionally, you can express yourself fluently in English.
