Graduate People Experience and Development Administrator

Here’s a summary of the role:
The People Experience and Development Graduate Administrator will provide administrative support across all programmes and initiatives that the People Experience and Development Team roll out to our global business. This role sits within a vibrant and dynamic team and will report into one of our People Experience and Development Partner’s.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate that has an interested in pursuing a career within the People Experience and Development space including learning and development. As the Administrator, you will power the team by providing administrative support across all programmes and systems that the team use (there is more detail on what this involves below). This means you need to have an aptitude for technology, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, you are comfortable working under pressure and can adapt to changing priorities.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Add new content, courses, and sessions to our Learning Management Systems.
- Manage the team’s shared inboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Pull reports from systems and other data sources to support team coordinators with dashboards.
- Maintain the team’s training tracker and calendar of events.
- Schedule live training, wellbeing sessions and global inductions from start to finish, including creating Zoom links, tracking sign-ups and attendance, sending reports to partners where appropriate, sending reminder invites, creating feedback forms, sending follow-up notes, and curating feedback.
- Maintain the team’s pages on YouGov’s intranet and generate reports as needed.
- Arrange team meetings.
- Support in sending global communications from the team’s inbox.
- Process invoices and expenses.
- Work with partners in creating materials for our programmes and initiatives.
- Support the wider team with any administrative support that is required.
