The role:

This is a pivotal senior leadership role for an experienced, commercially minded marketing executive who can define and drive Yondr’s global marketing strategy during a period of significant expansion. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building and protecting the Yondr brand, generating demand, enabling commercial growth, and positioning Yondr as the partner of choice for hyperscale clients worldwide.
You will work closely with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and regional leadership teams to ensure marketing activity is tightly aligned with business development, client engagement, and Yondr’s long-term strategic objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Communications
  • Own and evolve the Yondr brand identity, ensuring consistency across all markets and touchpoints globally.
  • Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy covering PR, thought leadership, digital, events, and internal comms.
  • Manage external agency relationships including PR, creative, and digital partners.
  • Oversee the production of all collateral, presentations, and marketing assets.
 
Demand Generation & Commercial Enablement
  • Design and execute demand generation programs that support the commercial pipeline across target geographies.
  • Partner with the commercial team to develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting hyperscale and cloud clients.
  • Produce compelling sales enablement materials, capability statements, and client-facing content.
  • Track and report on marketing’s contribution to pipeline, client acquisition, and revenue.
 
Digital & Content
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy including website, SEO/SEM, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and email campaigns.
  • Drive a content strategy that positions Yondr as an authoritative voice on hyperscale infrastructure, sustainability, and AI-driven capacity.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant output across all channels.
 
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Oversee Yondr’s presence at key industry events globally (e.g., DCD, PTC, DatacenterDynamics).
  • Develop and manage Yondr-hosted events, roundtables, and client engagement programs.
  • Support leadership in public-facing engagements, speaking opportunities, and media appearances.
 
Team Leadership & Budget
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team appropriate to Yondr’s scale.
  • Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently and ROI is measured.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

 

Experience:

Essential
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the hyperscale/cloud ecosystem and the commercial dynamics of large-scale infrastructure development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute global, integrated marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communicator with experience advising C-suite stakeholders and managing high-profile external relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
 
Desirable
  • Experience within a high-growth, private equity or infrastructure-backed business.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and planning landscape for large-scale data center development.
  • Experience marketing sustainability credentials and ESG commitments to institutional clients.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA advantageous.
