Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:
  • Facilitating and leading agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;

  • Championing Agile principles and practices to create a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork;
  • Supporting and coaching development teams in the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices;
  • Working closely with Product Owners and Client Partners to prioritise and groom the product backlog;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and incorporate best practices.
  • Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and tools to improve the development process;
  • Participating in regular show-and-tells to promote your work to both your department and the wider company.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Agile team facilitation
  • Scrum & Kanban experience
  • Quarterly planning
  • OKRs & Metrics experience
  • Business Change
  • Project and Programme Management
  • Ability to engage technical and non-technical business teams
  • Helping end users adapt to new learning infrastructure processes
  • Ability to mobilise change and build relationships remotely
  • Support the wider delivery community in identifying opportunities to add value to their delivery strategy & success so far
  • Ability to thrive and add value to a low politics, high empathy and support environment

What you’ll get in return:

  • The chance to work with a forward-thinking, ethical, and fun group of people and to develop and grow your skills in a fast-moving business.

Our typical Recruitment Process looks like this:

  • 1st Interview with someone from the Talent team (30/45 mins)
  • Final Interview with someone from the Leadership team (1h)

We live and breathe our values, and know you will too:

  • Growing every day
  • Including everyone
  • Relationships built on honesty and ethics
  • Inspiring solutions
  • Winning together

We’re an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity in all its forms. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy or maternity, age, marital status, or disability.
