As we expand our market presence, we seek a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

About the role:

As a Growth/ Digital Marketing Manager at YLD, you will be pivotal in developing and managing strategies and campaigns to identify and nurture prospects, resulting in qualified leads. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance YLD’s online presence, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email.

Leveraging your expertise in B2B marketing, small company dynamics, and brand building, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives and establish YLD as a leader in the industry.

About you:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at YLD, you will drive our online presence and client engagement strategies. With a solid foundation in B2B digital marketing principles and a keen understanding of the tech industry and software engineering landscape, you thrive in creating and executing an innovative marketing strategy tailored to our target audience.

Your role is not just about promoting our services; it's about crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our clients and showcase the value we bring to the table. You excel in leveraging various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to amplify our brand message and generate leads.

Your analytical mindset allows you to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance continuously. You understand the importance of staying ahead of industry trends and are always exploring new technologies and strategies to keep our marketing efforts fresh and relevant.

Collaboration is at the core of what we do, and your ability to work closely with our Techinal teams to understand our offerings and translate technical jargon into engaging marketing content is invaluable. You are a natural communicator who can bridge the gap between our technical expertise and the needs of our clients.

In this role, you have the opportunity to shape our digital presence and help drive the growth of YLD through strategic marketing initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:

  • Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and relevant content across various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more, to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • SEO and SEM Optimization: Optimize website content and manage pay-per-click campaigns to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate quality leads.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to amplify brand messaging, foster community engagement, and drive lead-generation efforts.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics of YLD’s website, campaigns, email and social media to evaluate effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation and improvement. Help the brand translate data into meaningful, actionable insights that fulfil KPIs.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote product/service offerings, and support customer retention initiatives.
  • Website Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimise website performance, user experience, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Make optimal use of internal technical champions and external influencers to be successful with complex sales cycles, and a senior target audience.
  • Mentor and oversee a team of Marketing professionals, fostering their development and enhancing YLD's capabilities.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced in B2B marketing in the tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive B2B lead generation.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Linkedin Ads Manager, Google Ads, Webflow, Figma etc.
  • Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Email Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with Hubspot or similar email marketing platforms, including the ability to set up and optimise email campaigns, segment audiences, and analyse performance metrics.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
