About the Role 

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, confident with data, and ready to take ownership of operational performance tracking. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs across operational teams, identifying performance deviations, and supporting service redesign initiatives with clear, data-driven insights. The role plays a critical part in turning numbers into action and ensuring performance issues are understood, discussed, and addressed.

Reporting Line: Service Design & Operations Transformation Lead

Worksite: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily and weekly KPIs across operational teams and ensure data accuracy.
  • Lead weekly KPI and performance review meetings, highlighting trends, risks, and deviations.
  • Drill down into underperformance at team or process level and investigate root causes.
  • Challenge teams on results, asking clear questions and documenting explanations.
  • Maintain a structured view of open issues, risks, and recurring challenges.
  • Produce concise weekly summaries for senior team members, focusing on what needs attention.
  • Support the Service Design & Operations Transformation Lead with data and analysis to justify structural and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong data skills, with high confidence in Excel and performance reporting.
  • Clear, structured thinking and the ability to explain data in plain language.
  • Confidence and maturity to review other teams’ performance and ask for accountability.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Curiosity, discipline, and a willingness to dig into details.
  • Early-career or mid-junior profile with ambition to grow in operations, analytics, or transformation.
