Key responsibilities:
- Providing monitoring and detection of problems and faults in Exante's products and services;
- Prompt incident response and escalation;
- Analysis and solution of typical problems using playbooks;
- Interact with engineers/specialists from related teams to solve problems;
- Participation in the incident management process (assigning and coordinating personnel responsible for resolving major incidents, informing and providing updates to stakeholders);
- Participation in сompiling major incident reports;
- Configuring and automating monitoring;
- Documenting and maintaining the team's knowledge base up to date.
Key skills/competencies:
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (junior+/medium level skills in operating system administration);
- Be familiar with basic networking concepts;
- Experience in monitoring/alarming (Zabbix, Grafana);
Confident knowledge of Russian and a good level of English; - Ability to react quickly in case of emergency;
- Careful and responsible person.
Would be a plus:
- Advanced monitoring expertise (concepts/processes/tools);
- Knowledge of scripting languages: bash/sh, python;
- Data analysis skills;
- Experience in writing SQL queries;
- Successful experience using AI tools for work tasks.
Shift work schedule - 3/3 10 hours now (with alternating day/evening/night shifts), the current plan is to switch to 2/2 12 hours (with alternating day/night shifts)
