We are seeking a dynamic and organized Internal Events Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate events, as well as developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to support and hype the event execution. The ideal candidate should be fluent in the English language, possess exceptional organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive corporate culture.
What you'll actually do
1. Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, including Summer Festivals, Year End
Parties, conferences, culture workshops, and company-wide celebrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, themes, and key
messages. - Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment,
transportation, and accommodations. - Develop event timelines, budgets, and manage expenses to ensure events are delivered
within budgetary guidelines. - Manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event surveys to gather
feedback for continuous improvement.
2. Event Communications
- Create and curate content related to Events for local internal communication channels,
including email announcements, intranet, digital displays, and other platforms. - Craft compelling messages, announcements, and updates that effectively convey
information to employees at all levels. - Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make adjustments as necessary to improve engagement and information dissemination
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure
favorable terms and ensure the success of events. - Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to align event and communication
strategies with organizational objectives.
4. Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event attendance,
engagement rates, and internal communication effectiveness. - Provide regular reports on the success of events and internal communication initiatives,
offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 2 Years working experience in Event Management
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, with technical knowledge in Audio/Visual logistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English language
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for events and communication strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Willing to work flexible hours, to accommodate alignment meetings with other regions
- Adaptive in the use of internal communication tools (company website, portal, email, slack, etc.)
