About the role and team:

CreateFuture is reshaping digital consulting by embedding AI into everything we do, helping our people work smarter, deliver deeper client impact, and drive lasting change.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll sit at the heart of our hiring engine, powering the top of the funnel with high-quality, insight-led pipelines across the UK and Bulgaria. You’ll play a key role in building a proactive, data-informed sourcing approach that supports today’s hiring needs while anticipating tomorrow’s demand.

This role focuses on Talent Sourcing and is ideal for someone who loves research, smart experimentation, and using technology, especially AI, to find great people before the rest of the market catches on.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Own the Top of the Funnel
Proactively source and build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring we have warm, relevant talent ready as hiring demand emerges.

Source, Engage & Experiment
Use various techniques for LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, job boards, x-ray searches, referrals, talent mapping, Community sourcing (meetups, conferences, forums etc), internal talent rediscovery (past applicants, silver medalist, alumni),  and creative sourcing approaches to find and engage passive talent and continuously test new channels and ideas.

Meaningful First Conversations
Support initial screening conversations to understand skills, experience, motivations, and alignment before candidates move forward.

Market & Talent Insights
Partner with Recruiters and the Sourcing Lead to share insights on talent availability, role trends, and candidate sentiment across UK and Bulgaria markets.

AI-Enabled Sourcing
Explore, recommend, and use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, talent discovery, outreach personalisation, and pipeline quality helping CreateFuture hire smarter, not just faster.

Data-Led Decisions
Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health. Share insights with the team and help define what “good” looks like as we raise the bar together.


We’d love to talk to you if you:
  

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting (agency or tech environment preferred)
  • Strong curiosity and a mindset geared toward learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search and other sourcing techniques or a strong desire to master them quickly
  • Interest in AI tools and data-driven sourcing approaches (hands-on experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, human outreach style
  • Ability to stay organised, manage multiple pipelines, and keep ATS data clean
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
