The Data Modeller is responsible for developing and managing enterprise conceptual, logical and physical data models and solutions within various portfolios to support strategic decision-making, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives. This includes translating data architecture into reusable, governed and implementation-ready designs that support data and digital products.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum  

• Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. 
• 5+ years' experience in enterprise data modelling, data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management. 
• Experience with conceptual, logical and physical data modelling. 
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional modelling techniques. 
• Experience with metadata management and enterprise data dictionaries. 
• Experience using enterprise modelling tools such as SAP PowerDesigner, ERwin or ER/Studio. 
• Strong SQL skills. 
• Understanding of Data Warehousing and Lakehouse concepts. 
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams. 

Advantageous 

• Experience modelling data for Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric. 
• SAP data modelling experience. 
• CDMP certification. 
• DAMA-DMBOK knowledge. 
• Data Vault certification. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Develop Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models aligned with enterprise architecture. 
• Define and maintain enterprise metadata standards.  
• Translate business requirements into implementable data structures.  
• Support Data Engineers during implementation. 
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure traceability from business requirements to implementation.
