The Performance Strategy Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously evolving the frameworks, practices, and tools that enable X, bigly labs to perform at its best as it scales. This role blends organisational psychology, design thinking, and disciplined project strategy and execution to strengthen how we structure, lead, and grow our people. This is a role for someone who operates as both strategist and operator: defining problems, building the mechanisms, and leveraging people data in decision making and design approaches. The role carries end-to-end accountability: critical thinking, organisational awareness, business acumen and knowledge, standalone execution and agility.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field (Honours strongly preferred)
• 4+ years' experience in strategy, organisational effectively, or people-programme roles, including direct exposure to designing org-wide processes (experience in management consulting preferred)
• Proven experience managing complex strategic projects and implementing organisation-wide initiatives.
• Strong experience using data and insights to influence decisions.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder-management, project management, change management and coaching skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Interpret X, bigly labs’s strategic priorities and translate them into organisational effectiveness and development interventions.
• Lead the design of frameworks, structures, and practices that strengthen alignment between strategy, culture, and capability.
• Oversee and continuously optimise the end-to-end induction journey.
• Lead research and organisational diagnostic initiatives to inform strategic decision-making and Performance priorities.
• Lead cross-functional OE&D or People & Experience projects that advance strategic initiatives and cultural transformation.

WHO YOU ARE?

• Deep understanding of organisational psychology, systems design, and behavioural science.
• Structured problem-solving to design programmes from ambiguous starting points.
• Translates strategic priorities into people and organisational interventions that enhance effectiveness and scalability.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and influences leaders through clear, credible dialogue.
• Produce high-quality, insight-driven outputs with attention to detail independently.
