The Project Manager will lead the successful implementation of an SaaS implementation by managing project delivery end‑to‑end across business stakeholders, engineering teams, core IT, data teams, and the vendor. Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical design, change management, and deployment, enabling adoption and measurable operational improvement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

•  6-8 years of proven project management experience delivering large-scale technology implementations end-to-end
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or related experience
• Proven track record working across business, IT, data, engineering, and external vendors during delivery
• Experience leading projects with enterprise architecture, systems integration, and cross-functional dependencies
• Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, budget tracking, and steering committee reporting
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Confluence, Lucidchart or equivalent.
• Advantageous: Background in retail industries, SaaS or enterprise platform deployments

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle (initiation-design-build/configuration-testing-change-rollout).
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and vendor implementation team.
• Facilitate user research and customer interviews so that insights inform product decisions
• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives so that the squad is aligned and continuously improving.
• Communicate roadmap updates so that stakeholders remain aligned on delivery priorities.
• Track feature adoption so that product value can be demonstrated.

WHO YOU ARE?

• Strong understanding of technology delivery, systems integration, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud environments.
• Solve moderately complex problems independently.
• Identify and prioritise value levers for the business and customers.
• Influence squad direction through product strategy and data-driven decisions.
• Strong governance and project management (Prince2/Agile/Hybrid).
• Demonstrates the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and composure.
