What will you be doing

Own and lead the product vision, roadmap, and discovery process for data-driven solutions that drive commercial impact. The Product Owner ensures the team is solving meaningful business problems, delivering outcomes (not just outputs), and staying aligned with the broader strategic goals of Dis-Chem’s commercial and data functions.

What you need

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a product ownership, product management, or commercial strategy role.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams that include technical roles (e.g., data scientists, engineers).
• Strong track record of driving data, analytics, or digital product initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Advantage: 

• Experience in the retail, FMCG, or consumer sector.
• Familiarity with analytics or data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, SAP, Python, PySpark, or similar).
• Exposure to agile delivery methods and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, MVPs).
• Background in pricing, promotion, or assortment strategy is a strong plus
