The Business Analyst will own requirements gathering and analysis for squad-level delivery. Facilitate workshops, document functional and non-functional requirements, and act as the link between business stakeholders and the squad.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Solid years of business analysis in agile environments, ideally with exposure to healthtech or retail products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience.
• Proven experience running workshops and translating outcomes into documented functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices, BA standards, and backlog management within a squad model.
• Proficiency with tools Jira, Miro, Figma, Confluence, Lucidchart or equivalents. MS Office / Google Workspace for documentation and data analysis.
• Proficiency with documentation and data analysis through MS Office suite or similar.
• Has managed or supported data-related projects e.g. dashboards, reporting pipelines, data quality initiatives, or analytics products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Produce detailed requirements and acceptance criteria so that delivery teams build features that meet business and user needs.
• Refine and maintain backlog so that development work is prioritised and aligned to business objectives.
• Capture non-functional requirements so that technical and compliance standards are addressed.
• Analyse user and system data so that trends, issues, and opportunities are visible.
• Provide evidence-based insights so that product and business decisions are informed.
• Share findings with squads so that improvements are targeted effectively.
• Background in healthcare, financial services, or retail. Familiarity with health data standards (e.g. HL7/FHIR) or retail data models (POS, loyalty, inventory) is a bonus.
