As a Landlord Relationship Manager (f/m/d) at Wunderflats, you will own the relationship with part of the portfolio of the Wunderflats Plus landlords. Drive customer satisfaction, boost loyalty, and elevate Wunderflats' market leadership by maximizing landlord success in our end to end management rentals program, a pivotal role crucial to our continued growth and success.

 

YOUR MISSION

  • Take the lead in managing landlords throughout the entire lifecycle, securing their success and therefore retaining and growing alongside them. 
  • Roll-out our services and solutions to new landlords customizing them, when needed, to meet their needs. 
  • Collect first-hand feedback from landlords, size it, translate it into opportunities for Wunderflats and our customers and share it with internal experts. 
  • Be accountable for the performance of a part of the Wunderflats+ portfolio, securing listing attractiveness, working with internal stakeholders and the landlords to achieve a great rental experience.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations, including any relevant apprenticeships as well as a track record in end-to-end partner management.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with our landlords.
  • Possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail especially combined with the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Utilize your skills working with data sets to prioritize and understand the impacts of our initiatives.
  • A clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, in both English and German.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is advantageous.

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment.
