Our Mission – Your Stage

We’re not looking for a traditional recruiting manager, we’re looking for an architect of scalable recruiting systems with vision and an ownership mindset.

This role isn’t about refining existing processes, but about building a holistic talent acquisition setup from the ground up. Data-driven, AI-supported, automated and always with a strong focus on people.

At Wunderflats, Talent Acquisition is seen as a strategic growth driver. We approach processes like products: efficient, intentional, and scalable. In close collaboration with the leadership team, you’ll create a setup that delivers long-term impact and sustainable success.

If you’re ready to rethink recruiting, design systems with real impact, and build structures that go beyond the conventional, then this is your stage!

Your Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility of building our recruiting system from scratch, with a focus on automation, optimization, data, and tooling
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the leadership team as a sparring partner, systems thinker, and strategic driver
  • Design efficient, high-quality end-to-end processes in active sourcing, candidate experience, and selection
  • Introduce and leverage KPI tracking and data analysis for informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • As part of the HR team, you’ll also contribute to general HR topics and ensure quality across the board

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and operate comfortably at leadership level
  • You conduct interviews independently and professionally, balancing quality, structure, and candidate experience
  • You think in systems, have a strong product mindset, and aim to create structures that last
  • You’re data-driven, open to using AI, or eager to deepen your expertise in that space
  • You speak fluent German and English, both written and spoken

What’s In It For You?

  • #CollaborativeCulture: Join our international team in a vibrant scale-up environment where your contributions matter. You’ll be part of impactful projects that shape our growth and success.
  • #WorkLifeBalance: Our working hours are flexible and family-friendly. We operate a hybrid policy with specific office days.
  • #WorkFromAbroad: Enjoy the flexibility to work outside your home country (preferably within the EU) for up to 63 days per year, subject to internal checks and dependent on your role.
  • #ProfessionalDevelopment: Advance your career with tailored development opportunities, ensuring you continue to grow and expand your skill set.
  • #WunderOffice: Collaborate in our state-of-the-art Berlin office located in Hackescher Markt. Our workspace features ergonomic workstations, collaborative spaces, a rooftop terrace, and complimentary healthy snacks and beverages to keep you energized.
  • #TeamSpirit: Engage in a vibrant community through regular team-building events, including annual summer and winter celebrations, and after-work gatherings that foster connection and teamwork.
  • #MoreBenefits: Access exclusive perks, including discounted memberships at Urban Sports Club, valuable offerings from FutureBens, annual travel tickets, and additional benefits designed to enhance your lifestyle and overall well-being.

*We at Wunderflats value the diversity of our team and stand for equal opportunity and non-discrimination. We respect all differences from person to person, visible or not.
