As our Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin, you will become part of our sales team. You are a true professional when it comes to convincing people!

With a strong voice and creative approaches, you’ll reach out to landlords, bring outstanding new Wunderflats to our portfolio, and contribute to expanding our customer base and the success of Wunderflats.

Your Mission

  • Your mission will be to proactively reach out to landlords across Germany via email and phone, utilizing the leads we provide.
  • You will be responsible for expanding our landlord network by advising them on how to list their properties on our platform.
  • Building strong customer relationships is key to ensuring an exceptional experience from the first calls all the way through the onboarding process.
  • You will also gain a deep understanding of the real estate market across Germany and continuously improve your skills.
  • Achieving sales goals will be a core part of your role, as you close deals and set new records with your team every month.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to our dynamic sales team by developing new acquisition strategies and collaborating effectively.

Your Profile

  • You have gained experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Initial experience in real estate, whether through sales, ownership, or management, is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and find that teamwork enriches your daily work.
  • You are comfortable setting realistic goals and KPIs and have the ability to structure your daily activities to achieve them independently.
  • You have a keen eye for the bigger picture and proactively spot opportunities to automate and optimize processes, always keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
  • You have excellent command of both German and English.

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. They will be deleted in the last 6 months after your application has been fully evaluated. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
